Handle is made of black bakelite.
Size is taken at the top of the item.

Our cookware can be used on any sort of heat system (including induction). Always adapt the size of the pan with your heath source size. It is very important if you use electric hobs, induction or vitro-ceramic.
Only a too high temperature during cooking bend your cookware.
No stainless steel sides to make the cleaning easier.
Weight of the item is give for information, but it many vary. This weight doesn't include the packaging.
